BOOKINGS
Prior bookings are essential. To avoid disappointment, please contact me as soon as possible with your preferred dates. I will reply immediately by email or facsimile (please include these details for me), and if the dates are not suitable, I will offer the best alternatives I can. Because of the nature of my business, I prefer bookings well in advance. Naturally, I have to work on a "first come first served" basis.
PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT
A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking with TROUT FISHING SERVICES. This can be paid by a bank check (not a personal check), or by VISA or MASTERCARD. If you send your credit card details, please ensure that you include the correct account number, your name (as inscribed on your card), and the expiry date.
On receiving this, I will immediately contact you, preferably by email or facsimile, confirming your booking.
A receipt will be forwarded to you. Be sure to include your address and contact details.CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have to cancel your trip, TROUT FISHING SERVICES will refund you in full under the following circumstances:
1. If you give more than two weeks (14 days) notice of cancellation of your fishing trip, or
2. If I am able to fill the time you have booked with me with another client. If I am able to only partially fill this period, you may receive only a portion of your deposit.
3. If a cancellation is made by TROUT FISHING SERVICES due to unforeseen circumstance. If I have to cancel due to weather conditions, I will endeavour to offer an alternative quality fishing location or date that will suit both parties.
FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment for services can be made either by cash, by travellers check or credit card. I accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
